Is it any business of <br />theirs? <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: General information. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: It’s not general information. You wouldn’t walk down the street and tell <br />me about it. <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: If you asked. I’m not supposed to respond to a question sir? <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: Not about somebody else’s business. <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: It was public knowledge that there was already a problem in that stream. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams: But it wasn’t necessarily public knowledge about the potential direction <br />that the County would go in because there had been no public decision yet to execute a lien <br />correct? <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: That’s correct. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: In fact, you had no business discussing anything about the Pickens with <br />the Thompsons, is that correct? <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: Excuse me sir. <br />27 <br /> <br /> <br />
