3 Residential Building Permit Guidelines <br />1011.10119 <br />These guidelines are to assist permit applicants with determining when building, electrical or plumbing permits <br />are required for work on single family and two-family detached residential dwelling (R-3 Occupancy) and <br />accessory structures (U Occupancy) and how to apply for permits.
