The hearing reconvened for regular session at 1:16 p.m. <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT F) <br /> <br />This item ended at 1:24 p.m. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> – The Commission took this item up at 1:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes of the April 3, 2014 meeting – It was moved by Commissioner Ono, and <br />seconded by Commissioner Ishibashi, that the minutes of April 3, 2014 be approved as <br />circulated. Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> – The Commission took up the following at 1:25 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Status of applications heard by Windward Planning Commission that are pending before <br />County Council. <br /> <br />There was no report on administrative matters, and Mr. Darrow stated that the next Commission <br />meeting is in June. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />– The Commission took up the following at 1:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gonzales announced that this meeting was his last as he is running for the office <br />of County Council, District 9. He thanked the Commissioners and staff. <br /> <br />Mr. Kanuha on behalf of himself, the Mayor and Administration, County Council, Planning <br />Department, and Planning Commission expressed sincere appreciation and well wishes to <br />Chairman Gonzales for his service as a Commissioner. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />– There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Moses <br />and seconded by Commissioner Ishibashi that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance.
