My name is Sidney <br />Fuke. I’m representing the applicant who couldn’t be here today. Your staff’s report is excellent <br />and comprehensive as always. We’d just like to add two things. One is that the proposed <br />amendment to the condition is what we had discussed earlier and it’s acceptable as well as all the <br />other conditions that the Director has proposed. Also that water is available for each, would be <br />available for each of the newly created two additional lots. So, if there are any other questions <br />the Commission may have, I’d more than happy to answer. <br /> <br />GONZALES: Any questions from the Commissioners? Mr. Fuke, you’re okay then with the <br />conditions provided for the change on Condition L? <br /> <br />FUKE: Yes. <br /> <br />GONZALES: Okay, thank you very much. Mr. Director, the change to Condition L is okay <br />with you? <br /> <br />KANUHA: Mr. Chairman, yes, staff has discussed that with me and actually because of that <br />language, I think we’ll be utilizing that same language as a standard condition in applications of <br />this nature from here going forth. <br /> <br />GONZALES: Very good.
