Action Priority List: The AC list of priority Actions as amended on September 20, 20 ubsequently reviewed and updated again on January 10, 2014. The priority list was rest red into two categories. The first category, "Projects Underway," includes projects tied to specific Goals, Objectives or Actions in the PCDP that ntly being implemented or have been otherwise identified by the County or other appro ria ead entity as a potential project. The second category, "Projects Not Started,"lists PCDP Actions where there has been no measurable effort to implement, but are considered by the AC to be of high importance to the Puna community. The AC is currently editing the outline and layout of the Action Matrix in order to better track implementation progress and to inform government and the community on implementation activities. The following provides a brief summary of the AC list of projects and is not in a prioritized order. PCDP PROJECTS UNDERWAY 1. Pahoa Regional Town Center Master Plan (PCDP 2.1.3a.2 & 3.1.3d.1) Community-based effort initiated to prepare a strategic growth management master plan suitable for adoption by the County that establishes Pahoa as a regional town center and Special Design District. 2. Volcano Long ange Plan (PCDP 2.1.3a.I & 2.2.3a. & 3.1.3d.1) Community-based effort to update the Volcano Long Range Plan with the intent of creating a growth management plan for the village, establishing a historic and/or design district and a forest canopy overlay district suitable for adoption by the County. 3.
