Kossow: Willie-Joe said was, “To create a sub-committee and <br />\[unclear\] couldn’t hear everything – along with Jordan and <br />Debbie Chang to work on issues to access hunting and <br />fishing and also gathering and ATV issues. And it was <br />seconded by Cleon Bailey. <br /> <br />Chair Sylvester: Is that sufficient Lincoln? <br /> <br />L. Ashida: Well there has to be an end result – it cannot just be <br />\[unclear\] Sunshine – “talk story” – we have to have an <br />agenda \[unclear\]. <br /> <br />D. Yoshida: What I suggest is, we take the time between now and next <br />meeting and come up with a good solid purpose and goal <br />\[unclear\] so that \[unclear\] what Bailey has said, work on a <br />draft that we can be proud of – because right now it sounds <br />kind of \[unclear\]… <br /> <br />?: \[Unclear\] have Barbara… <br /> <br />?: \[Chuckles\] <br /> <br />?: But you cannot depend on her.
