Command: I sent a letter and I apologize for not knowing the exact date – to William Aila – it was emailed to him. I did not receive a response – and so we followed it up with a written letter th dated May 7 seeking a answer on whether or not he will release the Game Management Plan. Typically, we like to give an agency two weeks to respond – if that does not 17
