* Complete negotiations for new <br />collective bargaining agreements <br />effective 711111 - 06/30/13 (and <br />supplemental agreements as required) <br />with UPW, HFFA, and SHOPO. <br />Represent the Mayor at negotiations; <br />provide Mayor with timely and <br />appropriate recommendations; <br />provide all necessary technical <br />support. <br />* Support and participate in the <br />Administration's budgetary process, <br />addressing concerns related to labor <br />cost, organizational structures, and <br />position management.
