Establish internal recruitment lists to assist hiring departments fill their vacancies: <br />• Within one month for internal recruitments within the department or internal <br />recruitments within the County. <br />3. Certify (refer) names from available eligible lists to hiring departments within four <br />workdays from receipt of the request for the list. <br />4. By October 31; 2014, coordinate the placement of Cooperative Vocational Education <br />(CVE) students within the County. <br />Health and Safety <br />1. Coordinate and/or conduct safety inspections of at least six County facilities. <br />2. Provide requested safety and equipment training within two months of original <br />request. <br />3. Provide two HIOSH-required training programs per quarter. <br />4. Provide at least six Defensive Driver Courses (DDC) to County employees during the <br />fiscal year. <br />5. Conduct a semi-annual workers compensation claims review. <br />Program Highlights <br />Collaborated with affected departments and conducted maintenance reviews for the <br />following classes and series of work. Transferred positions, reallocated positions to appropriate classifications, <br />and allocated new positions. <br />111 <br />
