Pronosetl M-nne -A Sites Q. Trans ort anon <br />.A) The proposed site that will be used for waste disposal will be the County of <br />Hawaii landfill in Hilo and Pu'ltanalauht landfill. All small amounts of green <br />waste, such as leaves and sticks, will be allowed to decompose on -site, to be <br />reused ror landscaping maintenance purposes. All large amounts of recyclable <br />material will be delivered by a commercial rubbish hauler to the nearest local <br />recycling facility. Developer will obtain a landfill permit or contract with a <br />commercial hauler to handle and dispose all commercial waste at the proposed <br />landfill site. Waste cooking oil will be contained in a separate bin, for commercial <br />hauler to dispose of at proper disposal site. 'Fite estimated numbers of trucks will <br />be two commercial hauler trucks per week. The proposed route for truck haufers <br />will be Nlarnalaho Highway to Kea'au -Pahoa Bypass Highway on to Orchidland <br />Drive. <br />6, Impact M County Waste ant! Recycle Facilities <br />A) Impact to county waste facilities will be kept to a minimum. All small atttount of <br />green waste will be allo>vcd to decompose on -site, and he reused at a later date for <br />landscape naahatenance purposes. All excess material from grading and <br />excavation, suitable to be used for construction till, will be screened and crushed <br />to proper size. Excess material from construction, with salvage value will be <br />recycled from by Contractor, Developer. <br />7. Descrintion of Waste Reduction <br />A) Small amounts of green waste will be allowed to decompose on -site, and he <br />reused at a later date, for landscaping maintenance purposes. ,1Ity excess mates-ial <br />front grading operations, suitable to be used for constructioaa till, will he screened <br />and crushed to proper site. <br />
