(Recommendation approved 12/4/14 <br />meeting) <br /> <br />Mr. Mitchell thinks the money is better suited going to Hilo, Waiākea or Honoka‘a <br />high school bands. Ms. Maddox stated the draft recommendation doesn’t mean that is <br />where the money is going.
