You have <br /> done a terrific job leading this Board during the time that I have <br /> been on the Board of Ethics. I don't know about before that, but <br /> while I've been here it's been great. I'd like to thank you for your <br /> leadership and for your patience with the variety of activities that <br /> we have. It's quite a diversity of folks that show up and I don't <br /> think there's anyone that can say that they don't get a fair hearing <br /> in front of you. That's to be commended on that. <br /> 8.
