Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on April 14, 2015. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />(5 min) <br />1. Communication No. 2015 -23: Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee <br />(CERS): Marlene Hapai will report on the activities of the subcommittee. The April 28th <br />subcommittee meeting focused on the following: <br />- Update on ad -hoc committee on Connectivity and Emergency Response. <br />- Reprioritizing of connectivity locations to include input from May 2014 -April 2015, <br />PREP Fair, emails, letters, and input during CERS and AC meetings. (10 min) <br />2. Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRPS): Dan Taylor will report on the activities <br />of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />3. Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee (PRTCPS): Members of the <br />subcommittee will report on the activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />4. Communication No. 2015 -21: Mt. View Village Center Plan Subcommittee (MTVS): Patti <br />Pinto will report on the activities of the subcommittee. The April 91h subcommittee meeting <br />focused on the following: <br />- Review of Clyde and Sarah's document combining Mt.
