Seconded by <br />Ms. Rabago. <br />The voice vote, was as follows: <br />AYES: <br />Board Members Otake, Rabago, <br />and Chair Kuewa — 3. <br />NOES: <br />None. <br />ABSENT: <br />Member Nahuina - 1. <br />EXCUSED: <br />None. <br />Motion: Ms. Rabago moved to approve the minutes of January 28, 2015, as amended. <br />Seconded by Ms. Otake. <br />The voice vote, was as follows: <br />AYES: <br />Board Members Otake, Rabago, <br />and Chair Kuewa — 3. <br />NOES: <br />None. <br />ABSENT: <br />Member Nahuina - 1. <br />EXCUSED: <br />None. <br />COMMUNI- The Chair directed the Board to proceed to the next order of business, <br />CATIONS Communications. <br />Item 5): <br />COMMUNICATION NO. 15-15, RECEIVED ON JANUARY 28, 2015 APPEALING A <br />CLASSIFICATION OR RECLASSIFICATION OF A PARTICULAR POSITION ACTION, BY <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br />Chair Kuewa announced that their purpose today was to set a hearing date for <br />Mr. Ono and proposed that it be schedule on March 18, 2015. <br />Ms. Rabago stated that this matter went on for a long time. The last letter <br />received was on January 15, 2015, and commented whether this date starts the <br />20 -day filing. It was received by the the Department of Human Resources on <br />January 28, 2015, and February 18, 2015 would be the date of this meeting. She <br />mentioned that this started on September 23, 2014. Ms. Toriano mentioned that <br />an Administrative Review was performed on that date. <br />Mr. Patel informed the Board Members that they needed to stay within the <br />confines of the Sunshine Law.
