80 3.Waimea / Waimea Community Association – Joel Cohen had <br /> <br />81 his report sent out previous to the meeting. <br />82 4.Kawaihae / Homestead Community Associations – Jojo had <br /> <br />83 her report attached to the meeting documents. <br />84 5.District Wide – Roger Harris was not in attendance <br /> <br />85 6.Traffic Safety Committee – Jojo explained that their meeting <br /> <br />86 was in conflict with the Action Committee meeting with the <br />87 Planning Director. <br />88 3.Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) <br /> <br />89 There was discussion between Deanne Bugado and John Mueller in regards to <br />90 comments from the Department of Parks and Recreation (P&R) regarding a CIP <br />91 project for Waikoloa for a Recreation/Community Center. Deanne explained <br />92 that the Department of Parks and Recreation responded that they are not able <br />93 to put it on their CIP list yet because there is no land that has been <br />94 dedicated/turned over to the county that they would be able to work on. If <br />95 there were possible land owners or the Waikoloa Community Association had <br />96 lands that they were to dedicate or turn over to the county then P&R could be <br />97 consulted once more. <br />98 4.Discussion of Update Issues/Suggestions for the SKCDP/General Plan <br /> <br />99 Jojo reported that this is still on hold. <br />100 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING ITEMS ON AGENDA <br />101 None. <br />102 ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />103 Jojo reported that there will be a water meeting at West Hawaii Civic Center at <br /> <br />104 6:30 and that there will also be a meeting on April 7 in Kawaiehae to discuss <br />th <br />105 the General Plan and the burial across from Kawaihae Harbor. <br /> <br />106 Next Meeting April 27, 2015 – Puako – Hokuloa Church <br /> <br />107 ADJOURNMENT <br />108 Joel Cohen made a motion to adjourn and John Mueller seconded that motion. <br />109 Meeting adjourned. <br />
