Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on May 12, 2015. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />(5 min) <br />1. Communication No. 2015 -25: Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee <br />(CERS): Marlene Hapai will report on the activities of the subcommittee. The meeting <br />minutes consists of general subcommittee topics including the following: <br />- Ad hoc committee on Connectivity and Emergency Response <br />- Reprioritizing of Connectivity Locations Report <br />- Discussion of Highway 11 closure, emphasizing the need for connecting roads between <br />Volcano and Kea'au. (10 min) <br />2. Communication No. 2015 -24, 2015 -24.1 & 2015 -24.2: Connectivity and Emergency <br />Response Subcommittee (CERS) Annual Report: The AC will discuss the CERS Annual <br />Report and consider the report transmittal letter to the Planning Department. (20 min) <br />3. Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRPS): Members of the subcommittee will <br />report on the activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />4. Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee (PRTCPS): Members of the <br />subcommittee will report on the activities of the subcommittee.
