5. Mt. View Village Center Plan Subcommittee (MTVS): Patti Pinto will report on the <br />activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />6. Communication No. 2015 -26: Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTS): June Conant will report <br />on the activities of the subcommittee. The meeting minutes consists of general subcommittee <br />topics including the following: <br />- CIP for Hawai'i Island Mass Transit Master Plan included in the 2015 -2016 County <br />Budget <br />Draft letter to Danny Paleka and Tiffany Kai re: Mass Transit Plan (10 min) <br />7. Communication No. 2015 -27: Letter to Danny Paleka and Tiffany Kai re: Hawaii County <br />Mass Transit Plan: The PCDP AC will consider a draft letter submitted by the MTS <br />recommending the formation of a County -wide Mass Transit Advisory Committee. (10 min) <br />8. Communication No. 2015 -4.3: Proposed Planning Director - initiated Amendment to Map <br />14 of the Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide ( LUPAG) Map of the County of Hawaii <br />General Plan: The PCDP AC will discuss the proposed Director- initiated LUPAG amendment <br />changing the land use designation for portions of Kea`au Village and immediately surrounding <br />Kea`au Village. (20 min) <br />9. AC Comments to be Considered for the General Plan Update: The AC will discuss the <br />General Plan (GP) update as related to the PCDP. The AC will also discuss and consider <br />comments /recommendations to be transmitted to the Planning Department pertaining to the GP <br />update. <br />(20 min) <br />10. Building in Puna Brochure: Elmer will update the AC on the continued development of a <br />Grubbing and Grading Brochure. (Article 15, Section 2 — <br />91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code). A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five <br />hours in any month or $275 in any six -month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action my <br />communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
