<br />FOSTER: I think all I could do is reiterate what I had said before. We have a lot of roadways to <br />take care of, and it’s a very big concern about the use of general roads. We did win the battle of <br />truck routes, but we hadn’t won the battle of these heavy haulers using those truck routes, so, you <br />know, that doesn’t have really have anything to do with this case in standing, but we’d like to <br />work it out, but I think it’s appropriate for us to be involved in what we stated here. <br /> <br />MOSES: Thank you.
