PCDP Goal, Objective & Action Items <br />Progress Update <br />connectivity locations in the Puna district. <br />a August 30, 2014 proclaimed Puna Emergency <br />Preparedness Day by Governor Abercrombie. <br />o Council approved transfer of $3,000 from <br />Councilman Kern's contingency fund for the <br />PREP Fair. <br />o 2nd Annual PREP Fair was held on August <br />30, 2014 at Kea`au High School. <br />4.5.3 f. Improve Highway 137 (Red Road) <br />o KAPONO / Kalani Honua / Kua O Ka La <br />as a scenic corridor... <br />PCS continue to meet as a local byway <br />committee to complete the required Corridor <br />Management Plan, which has begun to define <br />the corridor and to map existing resources and <br />conditions. <br />o The Action Committee begins its study of the <br />update of the General Plan and makes initial <br />submissions. <br />14 <br />
