LORANT TRUST (REZ 15-188) <br />Application for a Change of Zone from an Agricultural-20 acres (A-20a) to an Agricultural- <br />7 acres (A-7a) zoning district for approximately 21.095 acres of land. The property is located <br />along the west (makai) side of Hao Street, approximately 1,500 feet from its intersection with <br />Kaloko Drive within Kaloko Mauka Subdivision at Kaloko, North Kona, Hawai‘i, TMK: 7-3- <br />026:003. <br /> <br />The Commission took up this item at 10:18 a.m. with four people from the public in attendance. <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT B) <br /> <br />MINUTES – The Commission took up the following minutes at 10:30 a.m.: <br /> <br />July 16, 2015 – It was moved by Commissioner Shimaoka that the minutes be approved as <br />submitted.
