<br />As you’ll see in some of these photos, the, the vegetation and the location of the existing <br />rd <br />dwelling on the property makes it very difficult to access the property from 23, and, therefore, <br />th <br />they’re requesting the access from 24. So, this is the current access, which again has been <br />chained off. <br /> <br />th <br />This is on 24 Avenue where their new access will be located. It has been cleared, and there is a <br />cinder driveway. This is looking at the church currently. And, this is looking towards the new <br />driveway access from Kaloli Drive. <br /> <br />The Planning Director is recommending that this amendment be approved with conditions. If I <br />can just bring to your attention one or two items. Condition No. 3 has been changed to basically <br />state that access from Kaloli Drive shall be prohibited, so from this time on, that’s no longer an <br />option for them. And, the reason for that is because Paradise Park has a policy that any of these <br />parcels along the main roads—unless it’s actually, that’s the only option they have if it’s on a <br />corner. They want access from those interior roads, and they’ve requested that the Planning <br />Department enforce those requirements. So, we’re placing that condition as Condition No. 3. <br /> <br />And then Condition No. 7 is a new condition that we’re adding that those two parcels be <br />consolidated to become one parcel within a period of time of one year. <br /> <br />Also, lastly, Exhibit No. 9 is a comment we had received from Paradise Park Association in <br />which they’re in favor of the, the request. <br /> <br />With that, that concludes our presentation.
