The <br />meeting was chaired by Laura Tobosa. <br /> <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> Pauline Aughe, Janice Mancini, Sam Nagasawa, James Sousa <br />and Laura Tobosa. <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> Gena Avilla. <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT AND GUESTS: <br /> Teri Spinola-Campbell, HR; Alisa Mitchener, <br />P&R; J Yoshimoto, Corporation Counsel; Jesse Floyd, Program Specialist for the State <br />DD Council; Sandy Arriola, Aging; Paul Pascua and Jessie MacDonald, Kauila Haumea <br />and Gail Yoshishige. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Laura Tobosa <br /> called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Introductions were made. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE JULY 15, 2015, MEETING <br /> <br />L. Tobosa P. Aughe <br />called for motion to approve the minutes for July 15, 2015. made <br />J. Mancini <br />a motion to approve the minutes. It was seconded by . All were in favor <br />J. SouzaMotion <br />except who abstained because he was not present at the meeting. <br />passed <br />. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC (Agenda Items) <br /> <br />No statements from the public. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />P. Aughe <br /> stated that the committee was given applications from potential Kona <br />residents to review and vote nay or yea and inform Kimo so he could bring it up to the <br />Mayor. Since Kimo is not here today it was decided that they would ask him at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
