NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Discussion on the Committee’s Goals and Objectives <br /> <br /> <br />The goals and objectives are in the bylaws so it will remain the same. <br /> <br />Discussion on Forming Ad Hoc Committees <br /> <br /> <br />P. Aughe <br /> had concerns about starting ad hoc committees. She stated that ad hoc <br />committees are supposed to have some sort of objective. If there is no goal for each ad <br />hoc committee, then at the end of the year, there will be nothing to report on. So before <br />starting an ad hoc committee the committee needs to identify what the objectives are <br />and then create ad hoc committees around that. <br /> <br />S. Nagasawa <br /> would like to see more County sponsored exercise programs for people <br />specifically with disabilities. She would like to do the Recreation Committee. Alisa, <br />Janice and Kauila stated that they would also like to be on the committee. <br /> <br />L. Tobosa <br /> suggested waiting on the committees until there is some objective that <br />somebody wants to get done, and then it can be discussed the next time.
