HI -PAL WINTER BASKETBALL CLASSIC <br />DECEMBER 26-29, 2015 <br />HILO, HAWAII <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />1. RULES & REGULATIONS: <br />A. The HHSAA Book of Rules and HI -PAL Amended Rules will govern <br />tournament play. <br />B. HI -PAL RULES <br />1. Coaches will be limited to the area immediately fronting the team bench <br />and from one end of the bench to the other end during the game. <br />ONLY ONE (1) COACH MAY STAND DURING THE GAME. <br />2. THIS IS A DRUG FREE ACTIVITY! <br />No smoking on County of Hawai'i parks property and no drinking of alcoholic <br />beverages during this activity (coaches, players and supporters). Violators <br />will not be allowed to participate that day. <br />3. ELIGIBILITY AFFIDAVIT (ROSTER) and HI -PAL Waiver Form <br />— Must be submitted and received to HI -PAL or P&R by Friday, <br />November 27.,2015! <br />Registration packets can be mailed to <br />2015 HI-PAL/P&R Winter Basketball Classic <br />c/o Parks & Recreation, Recreation Division <br />799 Pi'ilani Street <br />Hilo, Hi 96720 <br />NO ELIGIBILITY AFFIDAVIT/WAIVER FORM, NO PLAY! <br />4. PARTICIPATION : A player who is participating on a High School Junior <br />Varsity or Varsity Basketball team (officially listed on the school's roster for <br />the current season) is INELIGIBLE to participate in this tournament. <br />Players may ONLY play in one division for this tournament. <br />AGE CUT OFF DATE : DECEMBER 31, 2015. Your child's age on <br />December 31, 2015 of the particular year determines the age group <br />your child participates in. <br />
