Second by June. <br /> <br />Hans briefly described the work that has gone into preparing the draft report and explained that <br />the comments submitted from the Action Committee have been incorporated. Any new <br />comments are welcome at this time. <br /> <br />Elmer noted that he resides in Orchidland Estates and not Hawaiian Paradise Park. <br /> <br />Patti moved to amend the Draft Annual Report by removing both Susan and Sharon from the <br />CERS committee. Second by Farris. Motion passed with 5 votes aye and 0 votes nay. <br /> <br />Motion to approve Communication No. 2015-34.1 as amended passed with 5 votes aye and 0 <br />votes nay. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Communication 2015-34.1 can be viewed and downloaded from the following website: <br /> <br />http://records.co.hawaii.hi.us/Weblink8/1/doc/75375/Page1.aspx <br /> <br /> <br />7.Budget Subcommittee: <br /> <br />Elmer moved to absolve the 2014-2015 Budget Subcommittee. Second by Patti. Motion passed <br />with 5 votes aye and 0 votes nay. <br /> <br />Elmer moved to form a new 2015-2016 Budget Subcommittee. Second by Leila. Motion passed <br />with 5 votes aye and 0 votes nay. <br /> <br />Elmer, Farris and Leila asked to be members of the Budget Subcommittee.
