You did not give me the <br /> fifteen days' notice, but you're saying I didn't have to give you the <br /> fifteen days' notice because we didn't shut the water off. The <br /> water was shut off and then the Hooks' put a lock on the valve that <br /> belongs to the Department of Water Supply. And in the rules it <br /> says that valve is to be closed only in case of emergencies. Now <br /> you have the meter that belonged to me that I paid for a hundred <br /> and seventy feet away with another lock on it and there's no piping <br /> from that meter going into the jungle there. Nothing. What was <br /> the motive behind it except for harassment? Retaliation and a <br /> cover up by Tanya and her people in the Board of Water Supply <br /> that's all this is. Look at the whole picture.
