So I'm gonna move that the petition be dismissed. <br /> Mr. Adams: For the purpose of discussion I'll second it. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Any discussion in regards to this motion of dismissing the petition. <br /> Mr. Adams: As I take a look at the petition as it's put in front of us, I noticed <br /> that the Code of Ethics is/are the specific sections that are <br /> identified not necessarily the sections we're used to seeing in <br /> Article 15, but actually coming from the Charter. Right. So it's <br /> specifically we're talking about the sections that are out of Article <br /> 14 in the County Charter that we're talking about here. I'm sure <br /> that we can make that transfer in our minds about this. The <br /> discussion about what happened to the water on...the fact that it <br /> has been cutoff to Mr. Santiago's homestead where they're living <br /> 20 <br />
