think... We've already covered them, we brought them here and we <br /> talked to them. <br /> Mr. Revell: I was just reiterating on a the fact that I feel I was wronged and if <br /> you read the code on each section that I'm claiming it pertains to <br /> me. It does, maybe the last time you guys didn't see it that way, <br /> but it does pertain to me. I was treated unfairly, I didn't get a <br /> chance to speak with Mr. Kanuha and you know he says well you <br /> know the constituents wanted this, they really wanted this. Well I <br /> have myself over seven hundred forty-eight reasons why people <br /> didn't want this. This is what I collected myself not including <br /> anybody else, any other shop, any other individual. You know he <br /> refused to talk to us. The man was not cordial towards my <br /> colleagues in Kona when they shook everybody's hand on the <br /> County Council Board saying you guys did a good job whether <br /> you win, lose or draw. Mr. Kanuha didn't even shake their hand <br /> and I can attest to that because Tim is right here. Tim was in Kona <br /> and he said he didn't even want to shake our hand man you know <br /> and I was like really. I wasn't there, I was in Hilo and you know it <br /> just adds insult to injury were you know Mr. Kanuha talks about <br /> he's gonna use the kids the clutch. I did this for the kids. You <br /> know and hey I never once sold an e-cig to a child. I'm here for <br /> the same reason that he claims he's here for, for health. You know <br /> I see it every day where people using e-cigs, their weaning <br /> themselves off of tobacco and they're able to do all this other <br /> things. My question to him is...What medical professional did you <br /> guys consult with to vilify the e-cigs besides you know research on <br /> Google. And I know we're not here for that, but the fact is that <br /> everything I say in my petition is true and if you read down the <br /> definitions of each one, it pertains to me and I really felt that <br /> finding out this information here that he accepted a gift. It just <br /> really added insult to injury and put salt on the wound man. You <br /> know it's like we did everything we could to try and fight this bill <br /> and you know besides the fact that it harmed my business or <br /> anybody else's business that sells e-cigs. You know it took away <br /> peoples' rights that are trying to get, you know I mean out in the <br /> park and if I want to use an e-cig, I'm trying to stay off cigarettes. <br /> You know it takes away my right to do that and what I really want <br /> to do here is you know is right that wrong. I want a re-vote on that <br /> bill excluding Mr. Kanuha because he accepted a gift. I would like <br /> an investigation from the Attorney General's office to see if there's <br /> 20 <br />
