Yes okay. <br /> Mr. Adams: If we could, let's finish 2015-19 and then have that <br /> conversation. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Do we have any further discussions in regards to this <br /> petition?No. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Goodenow moved to approve the order dismissing Petition No. <br /> 2015-19. Mr. Adams seconded the motion. All members said aye. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Mr. Hyland. Is it okay with the Board that we take on <br /> Petition No. 2016-02 at this point or would you prefer to <br /> continue? <br /> Mr. Adams: I think its 03, right. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: 03 sorry. <br /> Mr. Adams: So Madame Chair. We have considered 2016-03 and <br /> dispensed with that particular motion. I'm not sure that we <br /> are able to open up...as a matter of fact I think it's okay for <br /> Counsel to come back in. So we've already taken up, <br /> considered and dispensed with 2016-03. And so I would <br /> think that actually means that we're not able to hear <br /> somebody on that particular motion. I am open to hearing, <br /> since he was unable to be here and he did notify us. He <br /> decides to make a statement as a member of the public on <br /> 20 <br />
