lessons learned and to take the lead in conducting an AAR for any hazmat <br />incident of any significance. <br /> <br /> <br />PGV – Ron Quesada stated that there was a planned power outage in June but <br />plans had changed and they will defer it until next year. <br /> <br /> <br />HELCO – Daniel Gallion is the new representative and stated that he is currently <br />reviewing their response plans. <br /> <br /> <br />VIII.Department of Health HEER report – Sharon discussed the executive order EO 13650 <br />and stated that the LEPC needs to make plans from the LEPC to businesses that store <br />chemicals. Gerald clarified what the EO is and also about CFATS identifying <br />chemical regulations and standards for facilities. <br /> <br /> <br />IX.Committee reports – Planning – EOP currently being reviewed by consultants. This <br />is being paid for with HMEP grant monies. <br /> <br /> <br />X.New Business: <br /> <br /> <br />Gerald stated that he submitted a letter to Chief Rosario identifying the <br />stipulations that the LEPC has on who would be the priority to attend the <br />upcoming Continuing Challenge conference. A memo will follow shortly once <br />this is approved. <br /> <br /> <br />Gerald gave his report from the NASTTPO conference. LEPC members Henry <br />Siva, Newton Inouye, and Gerald Kosaki attended. <br /> <br /> <br />XI.Next meeting - The next LEPC meeting will be identified at a later date and <br />notification will be sent to all of the members. <br /> <br /> <br />XII.Adjournment – the meeting was adjourned at 11:25am <br /> <br /> <br />/s/ Gerald Kosaki – Co-Chairperson <br />
