Diane <br />29 motion and Roger Harris seconded the new motion. <br /> <br />30 <br />Discussion opened up and included discussion with the Aric Arakaki and Rick <br />31 <br />Gimirkin of the Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail, National Park Service who <br />32 <br />provided the AC with information regarding the Ala Kahakai Master Plan as well the <br />33 <br />specific comments made to the Planning Department regarding the proposed project <br />34 <br />regarding impact to the ala loa and alanui aupuni; scenic and visual considerations; <br />35 <br />public lateral shoreline access trail; cultural resources and natural resources. Also <br />36 <br />additional concerns were raised regarding impact to the view of the Bay by the <br />37 <br />proposed project since it is one of the identified beautiful places in the General Plan <br />38 <br />and impact of the project to the traffic and wastewater system. The impact of sea level <br />39 <br />rising was also brought up again this meeting to emphasis the importance of the <br />40 <br />development analyzing the potential impact to the proposed location of structures. <br /> <br />
