Thank you. <br /> <br />UNGER: Okay, okay. Commissioners, do you have any questions to the petitioner, applicant, <br />Planning Director at this time? Any questions to staff? Thank you. You all may be seated. And <br />at this time we are going to be asking for public testimony. Before you are seated, can, as <br />applicant, can you state for the record whether you have an objection to the petitioner or not? <br /> <br />MENEZES: The applicant is taking no position on the petition to intervene. <br /> <br />UNGER: So noted. Thank you. You may be seated now. We are going to open up this section <br />of the meeting to public testimony. It looks like we have quite a few members of the public that <br />want to testify. I’ll be calling, we have six seats, I’ll be calling you up six at a time. We can <br />swear you in at that time, and then you can provide your testimony. At this time you can testify <br />either in regard to this petition for standing or in regard to the SMA application in general. <br />Again, in order to facilitate everybody’s wish to testify, we would like to limit testimony to three <br />minutes again so that everybody in the public can have an opportunity to testify.
