Could you please raise your right hand? <br />Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth on this matter now before the Planning Commission? <br />ESAKL Yes. <br />HEAUKULANL Okay, and I'd like you to start off by stating your name, the area you reside in, <br />and then you can proceed to tell us what is on your mind this morning. <br />ESAKL My name is Amy Esaki, and I'm representing my brother, James Ishii. I reside on <br />Kauai, but I'm formerly from Hilo, Hawaii, and we are asking that the Commission have a <br />favorable recommendation for the Change of Zone request to be forwarded to the County <br />Council. <br />HEAUKULANL Did you have an opportunity or did—did you say your brother? <br />ESAKL My brother, yes. <br />HEAUKULANL Your brother.
