Mountain View community and large enough <br />geographically to host the much needed expansion <br />of services for our fast growing subdivisions and <br />surrounding communities. <br />The newly proposed commercial area off of South <br />Lauko and most of the existing public services and <br />schools are also located on the ocean side of the <br />Volcano Highway which will mean substantially <br />less local traffic on Volcano Highway. <br />The expansion area can provide the much needed <br />commercial and light industrial space we do not <br />have any where in the community at present. If <br />planned out properly future commercial activity <br />can take place off the already congested Volcano <br />Highway (Highway 11) in land. <br />Thank You, <br />Frank Commendador <br />
