Those decisions are based on <br /> respect for the Charter and for the Code, respect for the rights of <br /> the petitioner to bring this forward because it's...the petitioner can <br /> do that and also the rights of the respondent that is part of our <br /> process. The idea that there are folks that are going to be <br /> disappointed. There are going to be folks that are going to be <br /> disappointed with whatever we do and that's not a reason for any <br /> of the decisions that I've personally be making with this petition or <br /> any other. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Any other discussion?
