This then requires that <br /> everybody who's asking to be put on professional services list <br /> needs to come in front of us...right...because we're approving it. <br /> We're dismissing it, we're saying this is not in our Kuleana...it's <br /> not in our jurisdiction to handle this because what they're doing is <br /> they're trying to go on the professional services list. It's not a <br /> contract item...right? <br /> Mr. Robinson: As I understand it that would be for...not everybody that wants to <br /> go on a professional services list, but everybody that would have a <br /> potential for a conflict because...as worded here...an officer or <br /> employee of the County has an interest in a business which is <br /> going on a professional services list. Not everybody on the <br /> professional services list. <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: So Board members what I would recommend is the Board further <br /> define what the motion is approving and not approving because <br /> this is an opportunity for the Board to basically set precedent for <br /> what the interpretation of this new ordinance is right so.
