<br />3.The above-mentioned approvals are on a condition that all banners and temporary signs be <br />removed; further, no additional banners, including flags saying “Jazz” or “Welcome Cruise <br />Ship,” be allowed. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was taken and the motion carried with five ayes (Andreae, Roth, Akina, Kern and <br />Sullenberger) and two absent and excused (Au Hoy and Van Pernis). <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Mark announced that Commissioner Chuck Cartwright had resigned for personal reasons, and <br />that as a result the Commission had an immediate vacancy in the construction/engineer category. <br /> <br />Mr. Mark also announced that the next meeting was scheduled for August 16, 2016, with two <br />applications on the agenda. The meeting materials were distributed to the Commissioners in <br /> <br />attendance. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business, at 6:45 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner Kern and seconded by <br />Commissioner Sullenberger that the meeting be adjourned.
