Hawaii Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />July 15, 2016 <br />Page 3 <br />Regular session reconvened at 12:01 p.m. <br />ACTION ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br />• Consideration and Investigation of Complaints <br />✓ HPC 16-09: Commissioner Buckman motioned that there was insufficient <br />evidence to prove the complainant's allegation of misconduct. Commissioner <br />Hendricks seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />✓ HPC 16-11: Commissioner Hu motioned that there was insufficient evidence to <br />prove the complainant's allegation of misconduct. Commissioner Gomes <br />seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />✓ HPC 16-19: Commissioner Hu motioned that there was insufficient evidence to <br />prove the complainant's allegation of misconduct. Commissioner Hendricks <br />seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />✓ HPC 16-24: Commissioner Gomes motioned that there was insufficient evidence <br />to prove the complainant's allegations of misconduct.
