Hawaii Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />July 15, 2016 <br />Page 3 <br />Regular session reconvened at 12:01 p.m. <br />ACTION ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br />• Consideration and Investigation of Complaints <br />✓ HPC 16-09: Commissioner Buckman motioned that there was insufficient <br />evidence to prove the complainant's allegation of misconduct. Commissioner <br />Hendricks seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />✓ HPC 16-11: Commissioner Hu motioned that there was insufficient evidence to <br />prove the complainant's allegation of misconduct. Commissioner Gomes <br />seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />✓ HPC 16-19: Commissioner Hu motioned that there was insufficient evidence to <br />prove the complainant's allegation of misconduct. Commissioner Hendricks <br />seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />✓ HPC 16-24: Commissioner Gomes motioned that there was insufficient evidence <br />to prove the complainant's allegations of misconduct. Commissioner Buckman <br />seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />✓ HPC 16-28: Commissioner Hendricks motioned to refer the complaint to the <br />Police Chief for customer service concerns as discussed in executive session. <br />Commissioner Hu seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />• Vice Chair Morioka announced that the Police Commission's next monthly meeting <br />will be on Friday, August 12, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., Waimea Community Center, Parks & <br />Recreation, 62-1260 Kawaihae Road, Kamuela, Hawaii. <br />• Collection of files and documents (Done) <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m. <br />SUBMITTED BY: JOSIE PELAYO, SECRETARY <br />APPROVED BY: KEITH MORIOKA, VICE CHAIR <br />
