Mr. Takai moved to accept the withdrawals of the six cases as presented by the County. <br />Seconded by Mr. Dinges. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br /> <br />SETTLEMENTS – 1:30P APPEALS AGENDA <br /> <br />County presented to the Board a 5-page Appeals Agenda containing information on 25 cases that <br />had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of <br />the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />Mr. Takai questioned the land and building values for Case No. 25492 as possibly being transposed. <br />Clarification made with the original settlement agreement. Noted for the record that the agreed to <br />building value should read $413,800 and land value as $213,400 with the exemption remaining at <br />$160,000. Correction made to the settlement appeals agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Dinges questioned the building value in Case No. 25355. County appraiser Dionne Costa <br />responded. <br /> <br />Mr. David questioned the building value in Case No. 25562.
