I mean... <br /> Mr. Oshiro: It doesn't say who has to. <br /> Mr. Adams: There's no problem for Mr. Oshiro doing it...my questions are <br /> going to be based on what is his wife do to some degree...just to <br /> make sure that we don't have...that she doesn't have a conflict as a <br /> result of the work that he is doing and the bids that he'll be <br /> making. And given that she's a contract tech in Public Works and <br /> that I assume that the bids that you will be making even though the <br /> bids are in a sealed process...it's handled by the Department of <br /> 7 <br />
