<br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />1. Minutes of the Meeting of July 24, 2007 – It was moved by Commissioner Hope and <br />seconded by Commissioner Au Hoy that the minutes be approved as circulated. The <br />motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENT <br />Mr. Mark announced that the Planning Department did not receive any applications for <br />Commission review as of the due date, therefore, the meeting scheduled for September 11, 2007, <br />has been cancelled. <br /> <br />Commissioner Au Hoy asked for the status of commissioner recruitment, and Mr. Mark reported <br />that nothing new has come to his attention, but he is still trying various avenues, and will check <br />the status with the Corporation Counsel who is handling this matter. Commissioner Andreae <br />suggested the matter be put on the agenda for the next meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, at 5:47 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner Hope and <br />seconded by Commissioner Au Hoy that the meeting be adjourned.
