10 <br />CL -2 Connecting Eden Roc with Kopua Farm Lots) <br />This CL connects Eden Roc with Kopua Farm Lots by extending Punahele Avenue to Apele <br />Road. It will require improvement and maintenance of connections between Eden Roc and <br />Kopua Farm Lots on the road lot belonging to Eden Roc, then connecting to an easement to cross <br />the Kopua Farm Lot parcel. We would need an MOU to secure an easement between Eden Roc <br />and Kopua Farm Lots. The cost of the road improvements both in Eden Roc and on the easement <br />across the 20 acre parcel in Kopua is unknown. <br />The other option is to purchase the 20 -acre parcel in Kopua, which has an assessed value of <br />$63,000.
