• Acquire Property or Easements; Facilitate Memoranda of Understandings between <br />Community Associations; Improve Existing Road Lots <br />CL -1 (Connecting Fern Forest and Eden Roc Estates) <br />This Connectivity Location (CL) will require improvement and maintenance of connections <br />between Fern Forest and Eden Roc Estates utilizing the existing road lots belonging to their <br />Community Associations.
