Is that what I <br /> understood? <br /> Mr. Tucker: No...well it's a building product that's been in use for twenty <br /> years. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Oh so it has been in use...so you're not submitting plans for <br /> something unique or different or.... <br /> Mr. Tucker: No...we did our first building with these materials in the year two <br /> thousand. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Okay. <br /> Mr. Tucker: Bringing new building technology into a jurisdiction is something <br /> that in the trade is known as pioneering...you come into a <br /> department...you have some new technology you want to bring <br /> forth and usually you have to go thru some hoops you know to <br /> demonstrate to the building department that this is well built and <br /> certified and appropriate stuff. Now I've pioneered maybe fifteen <br /> or twenty County jurisdictions in my life and in every jurisdiction <br /> where I've ever pioneered these materials from west coast to <br /> here...once we've pioneered the department and we've got a foot <br /> print especially a sizable foot print under our belt you know we're <br /> known quantity and we move forward. Now suddenly on this <br /> job...we're suddenly treated as though somebody you know came <br /> in off of the boat and you know what the hell is this and I was a <br /> 21 <br />
