I'm in agreement with the executive session just to be <br /> perfectly clear on what our Kuleana and our liabilities etc. are. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Correct. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: So any further discussion? Then I'll call for the question...all in <br /> favor of going into executive session say aye...any oppose? That <br /> motion is carried. So we will go into executive session and then <br /> we'll let everybody know when we're finish. Thank you. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Goodenow moved to go into executive session. Mr. Adams seconded <br /> the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: So for executive session it means that everybody has to leave the <br /> room and then we'll let you know as soon as we're finish. Thank <br /> you so much. <br /> 11:07 a.m. The Board moved into executive session to discuss <br /> 11:19 a.m. The Board returned into regular session and took a brief recess. <br /> 11:24 a.m. The Board returned from recess. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: So I am calling the regular session for the Board of Ethics back to <br /> order and I would like to just notify everybody that our Vice-Chair <br /> Goodenow had to take care of some personal business and will be <br /> back as soon as possible...but we still have enough quorum.
