I mean <br /> then all I can go by is what the petitioner has...the alleged <br /> violations because as I said I don't think it makes sense to ask you <br /> if let say using just one example is did the Mayor pay the p-card <br /> bill in full each month to the County as the charges were put on <br /> there. You know....that's kind of a rule of the p-card and I just <br /> wanted to know yes or no...were the charges paid that were put on <br /> there that were not part of the p-card within one month of putting <br /> them onto the card.
