Motion and Vote: Mr. Adams moved that it be resolved that this Board as a Board of the whole conduct an investigatory hearing as a part of the informal hearing process involved in Petition 2015-03. The nature and scope of the inquiry will include Charter §14-1, 14-2(b) and 14-4 and Section 2-83(a)(1) & (b) of the Code of Ethics. The inquiry would also include questions involving the purchasing card program procedures 2013 version and whether the Mayor had violated those provisions. Three members voted aye. Mr. Goodenow abstained from voting. Mr. Adams: So Madame Chair I would encourage us to identify a date so that the Mayor's representatives can somehow communicate whether or not there is agreement as opposed to a requirement for a subpoena.
