You had indicated that you did not <br /> believe 14-2 is applicable so in trying to narrow the scope of what <br /> may transpire shortly here. <br /> Mr. Adams: That was just my... <br /> Mr. Eddins: I know so I wanted to bring that to the attention because if we are <br /> crafting a resolution to narrow things perhaps the commission <br /> wants to discuss your point of view on 14-2. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Well I feel since it was part of the original petition. We will look <br /> at it and if's not applicable...it's not applicable...but I would feel <br /> more comfortable for us to have that opportunity to ask questions <br /> in regards to it at the investigatory hearing. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: I concur, but maybe we could...I mean obviously we're really <br /> looking maybe at (b) right 14-2(b) is what he quoted in the original <br /> 43 <br />
