Motion and Vote: Mr. Adams moved to accept the confidential financial disclosure forms. <br />Mr. Goodenow seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br />7. DISCUSSION REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF PRACTICE <br />AND PROCEDURE OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HAWAII <br />Mr. Adams: <br />I did some work but it's not enough that we...probably what <br />happened is that when I went in to take a look at some of the other <br />Counties rules of practice and procedure. The difference was <br />pretty astounding so that made me rethink some of the things that I <br />wrote down. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Thank you for your work. <br />Mr. Adams: Yeah...so... <br />Ms. Kahakalau: So thank you very much. <br />8. DISCUSSION REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE BOARD OF ETHICS <br />MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: I believe we have it scheduled at this point for April 10. So if <br />everybody could just double check. <br />Mr. Goodenow: April 10. <br />Mr. Adams: <br />That was a Monday...that was based on the fact that all the budget <br />hearings and stuff were going on but I think what we're talking <br />about is May. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Oh okay. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Oh April 10...I have court in Waimea at 10 but.... <br />Mr. Adams: Yeah you said you might be able to do it from there or not. <br />Mr. Goodenow: By phone or I might be a few minutes late...right....okay. <br />Mr. Adams: So we're talking about May right... <br />Ms. Kahakalau: More than a few minutes late...oh I see. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Phone from here...I'11 try but there's no guarantee I'll make it on <br />the tenth. <br />10 <br />
