Review of the executive session minutes of February 14, 2017. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: <br />So we're back from executive session where we reviewed the <br />executive session minutes as well as the confidential financial <br />disclosure forms. Do I have a motion? <br />Mr. Adams: I move that we approve the executive session minutes as reviewed <br />February 14, 2017. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Second. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Any discussion? Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section <br />2-91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and commission members <br />and designated County employees, where personal matters will be reviewed. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: <br />As far as the confidential financial disclosure forms. We reviewed <br />twenty-one of them and approved twenty of them except for <br />number 12. That will just need another person...Board member in <br />order for it to be approved.
